Terms of use

These terms apply to the use of vnglobaltrade.com and to reports ordered from VNGlobalTrade, operated by Masterpiece Company Limited (tax ID 0319594742), No. 8 Street 41, Khanh Hoi Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Placing an order means accepting these terms.

The service

VNGlobalTrade provides market analysis reports by 6-digit HS code. Each report covers one code, one trade direction (exports or imports) and one period (the latest 1, 3, 6 or 12 months up to the order date). A report is a PDF in 19 sections plus an Excel file.

Prices and payment

• Prices follow the price list at the time of the order, VAT included. USD figures are converted from the VND list; payment is taken in VND.
• Payment is by bank QR code on the order page run by Sopex Data. The payee is Masterpiece Company Limited.
• The VAT e-invoice is sent by email.

Delivery

• Codes with data ready: right after payment. The PDF downloads on screen; the Excel file arrives by email.
• Codes without data ready: a team member prepares the report and emails it within 30 minutes, one day at the latest.

If no email arrives, check the spam folder, then get in touch through Contact.

Changes and refunds

A report is a digital product delivered right after payment, so there is no refund once it has been delivered. VNGlobalTrade refunds the full amount when:

• the report cannot be delivered within the times under Delivery, or
• a file is broken, cannot be opened and is not fixed within 1 working day.

Picked the wrong code, direction or period: get in touch straight away, before the report is delivered.

Use of a report

A report is for internal use by the business that ordered it. It may not be resold, shared publicly or republished in whole or in large part. Figures may be quoted in internal documents.

Company and partner details in a report are for market research and business contact only, within the rules on advertising and unsolicited messages.

Figures and liability

Figures reflect the transactions recorded in the chosen period. They may be incomplete and may change as sources update. A report is reference information for business decisions, not legal, tax or investment advice.

VNGlobalTrade's liability for a report is limited to the amount paid for that report.

Website content

Macro figures on the website come from the General Statistics Office of Vietnam and are credited where they appear. The sample report uses illustrative names and figures. Content, design and reports belong to VNGlobalTrade.

Do not scrape the website in bulk, interfere with how it runs or send unlawful content through the forms or the chat.

Personal data

Personal data is handled under the privacy policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes are settled by negotiation first, then by the competent court in Ho Chi Minh City.
