vnglobaltrade.com is operated by Masterpiece Company Limited (tax ID 0319594742), No. 8 Street 41, Khanh Hoi Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam ("VNGlobalTrade"). This policy explains what personal data the website collects, what it is used for, who receives it and what rights users have, under Vietnam's Personal Data Protection Law and its implementing regulations.

Data collected

• Consultation form: name, company (optional), phone number or email, HS code or product name, the page in view.
• Chat: message content. When handed to a team member: name, phone number or email, company if given.
• Report orders: the email that receives the report, HS code, trade direction, report period and invoicing details if requested. Payment is by bank QR code: VNGlobalTrade never receives or stores card numbers or bank login details.
• Usage data: pages viewed, buttons clicked, device type, browser and approximate location from the IP address, recorded through Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager. IP addresses are also used to rate-limit chat messages against spam.

Purposes

• Answering consultation and quote requests.
• Delivering reports, sending invoices and after-delivery support.
• Measuring traffic to improve the website.
• Preventing spam and abuse.

VNGlobalTrade does not sell personal data and does not send marketing without separate consent.

Processors

Some tasks are carried out by outside services on VNGlobalTrade's behalf. Each receives only the data its task needs.

Some of these services run servers outside Vietnam, so data may be transferred abroad for processing.

Retention

• Chats: 12 months from the last message, then deleted.
• Consultation requests: as long as needed to answer and follow up, at most 24 months.
• Orders and invoices: for the periods required by accounting and tax law.
• Usage data: for the retention period set in Google Analytics.

Your rights

Users may be informed about processing, access, correct and delete their data, withdraw consent, ask to restrict or object to processing, receive a copy of their data and complain to the competent authority. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that took place before.

Send requests to the email under Contact. VNGlobalTrade verifies the sender and replies within the time the law requires.

Cookies and browser storage

Google Analytics uses cookies to count visits. The chat keeps a conversation ID in browser storage to reopen the same conversation. Cookies can be blocked or cleared in the browser settings; the website still works.

Security

The website runs over HTTPS. The team's internal inbox opens only after signing in through Cloudflare Access. Only staff handling consultations and report delivery can see customer data.

Audience

The service is for businesses and trade professionals and is not meant to collect data from children.

Changes

When this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Significant changes are announced on the website before they apply.
